I’m really excited about the release of Anchor today. It’s been a couple of years since I’ve had a Jorrie Spencer title set in the same world as Puma and the Strength books. (And they’re all part of the Northern Shifters series now.)
Not only that, I’ve introduced a new kind of character. The heroine, Mala, is not a shifter (or a Minder), but a dream wraith. Who has great powers through her dreams, though she’s only just discovering what those powers are and what they can accomplish. And during that time, she falls hard for the alpha werewolf, Angus.
I’ve had some thoughtful reviews that I’ve very much appreciated.

I was especially pleased that a certain aspect of the book worked for Minnchica at The Book Pushers: “The magical abilities of Mala’s was something I’d never seen done before in any other book, and I loved the way it was woven through the story line, how other characters reacted to her and how she both loved and feared the ability. It was really well done, and probably my favorite aspect of the entire story.”
It’s available at Kindle, and has a great rating already, which excites me! Also: Nook, Kobo, and Sony.
